Our Toronto-based client is an established private equity real estate firm seeking a Vice President of Development to establish and grow a real estate development division within their organization.

If you desire full autonomy over the Development Division and its projects, are a strategic thinker in development, and can design and implement a comprehensive development schedule while building a delivery team within a supportive yet entrepreneurial culture, we want to hear from you.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include identifying suitable sites for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Southern Ontario, primarily in the GTA, assisting with acquisitions, developing project plans and proformas, assembling consultant teams, managing approval and construction processes, and representing the firm at municipal and stakeholder meetings.
