Position Overview

Bronson.ai is growing and seeks an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Data and Analytics consulting practice. This role is pivotal to our growth, as it combines client delivery, business development and leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is technical, thrives in a small team environment, is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and customer experience and is ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Lead and actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of data and analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on data strategy, governance, analytics, and technology.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the Data and Analytics practice.
  • Lead and support sales efforts, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand the firm’s market presence.

Team Growth and Mentoring

  • Lead and support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the practice grows.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Practice Development

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Develop and refine service offerings in the Data and Analytics practice to meet evolving market needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and speaking engagements.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Previous experience with a consulting firm is an asset.
  • Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through sales (>

1M per year) and business development activities.

  • Technical Skills : Deep understanding of data management, analytics, business intelligence, data science, and relevant technologies (e.g., MS Fabric / Azure experience, cloud platforms, data visualization tools, machine learning).
  • Client Engagement : Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver complex solutions.
  • Leadership : Track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Security Clearance : Successful candidates required to gain Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance.
