Responsibilities

Reporting into the EVP, you will lead a team of seven direct reports. If you are currently a Senior Project Professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise project delivery and have leadership experience, this role would be ideal for you. The Vice-President of Construction will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, from drawing development through to post-turnover customer care, while working closely with senior management to support the company's goals. If you thrive when working with consultants and directing a Construction Manager / General Contractor to ensure projects are built to design specifications, on budget, and on schedule, then you will be very successful in this role.
