The Opportunity

As Vice President, Co-Investment Advisory, you will lead a team providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners deploying capital into co-investment opportunities across infrastructure, debt, and private-market assets. You will develop and manage relationships with partners in Canada, the U.S., and globally, influencing the growth and strategic direction of this business segment by expanding into new markets, verticals, and services.

Your Role Will Include

1. Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with active infrastructure and co-investment partners.
2. Sourcing and pitching co-investment advisory opportunities to partners and family offices.
3. Presenting originated co-investment opportunities to clients’ investment committees.
4. Setting strategic direction and implementing plans for the co-investment business unit.
5. Overseeing due diligence efforts, including commercial, legal, tax, and financial analyses.
6. Collaborating with other teams for cross-group opportunities.

Your Skills And Experience

1. At least six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing.
2. Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
4. Proven leadership experience.
5. Existing relationships with limited partners, general partners, and family offices are advantageous.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
