This is a key executive role responsible for guiding clients through complex financial matters while leading internal financial strategy, reporting, and governance across a broad portfolio of services.

This is an ideal opportunity for a CPA-designated finance professional withsenior public practice experience(minimum 4 years at the Senior Manager level) who thrives on building relationships, offering advisory level insights, and working at the intersection of operations, compliance, and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a financial advisor to clients, delivering strategic insights and solutions
• Oversee and review financial reporting, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for both clients and internal initiatives
• Manage client engagements from a financial perspective, including complex corporate structures and transactions
• Partner with business development teams to support client onboarding and proposal development
• Lead internal financial operations, reporting directly to executive leadership
• Ensure strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
• Guide clients through changes in accounting standards, tax strategy, or governance updates
• Mentor and lead members of the finance team and contribute to ongoing talent development
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators as needed

Requirements:

• CPA designation required
• At least4 years as a Senior Manageror above in a public practice firm (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred)
• Experience advising clients in the financial services sector is highly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial modeling, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver high-impact insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex financial matters clearly
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and client-focused mindset
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and decision-making capability

Remuneration:

• $180,000 - $210,000 base + 40% Bonus
