Compensation: $150k base salary with Total Compensation Up to $300,000 (Base + Bonus)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Vice President, Capital Markets (Wholesaler Manager) to lead and grow our national wholesaling efforts. This is a senior-level role with a dual focus: managing a small, high-performing team of wholesalers, and directly driving sales efforts with key partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of wholesalers to drive capital raising efforts across Canada.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies in alignment with overall firm goals.
  • Personally maintain and grow a book of clients, cultivating strong relationships with advisors,,high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
  • Track team performance, pipeline metrics, and revenue generation, reporting directly to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in investment product wholesaling, with a proven sales track record.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales or wholesaling team.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and alternative investment products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a boutique, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
