A leading financial institution in Winnipeg seeks a Senior Regional Leader to drive team success and business development for small business clients. This position emphasizes client acquisition, brand enhancement, and strategic market initiatives, requiring strong leadership and business acumen. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the financial industry and have the capacity to create meaningful community connections.
This senior regional leadership role will lead, coach and develop a team of business markets professionals to support client retention, acquisition and growth, optimizing revenue and providing superior customer service to our small business client segment. You will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, pursue market opportunities, and profile/enhance RBC’s brand with governments, specific industry segments and community groups. Your priority is to lead your team and work closely with RBC partners to help RBC maintain its dominant position in the marketplace.

Ideally, the most suitable candidate will be those individuals who understand the dynamics and financing challenges associated with our small business enterprise community.
Please note: the position will be based in Winnipeg, MB with travel required and relocation provided.
