Our Values:
We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development who will spearhead BDR's strategic growth initiatives, primarily focusing on expanding our market share across all business solutions within the residential home services industry, particularly in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and securing new business and partnership opportunities with key accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, private equity firms, and franchise companies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business development within the home services industry, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and deeply understand the challenges and opportunities facing businesses in this sector.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., some OT as necessary
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Compensation: Base Salary of $100,000 to $120,000 + commission based on performance
