No costly downtime for you! You're all about predictive and preventive maintenance, because it's not about fixing things when they break, it's about being proactive. You're the one keeping everything running...you're the "machine whisperer". In your world, equipment reliability is everything and you know that a single unexpected failure can lead to expensive downtime, lost production, and even safety risks. Your work helps prevent all that, so let's talk about what you will do:

  • Conduct vibration data collection and analysis usingEmerson CSI 2140 analyzersandAMS Machinery Managersoftware.
  • Perform routine condition monitoring on rotating equipment (pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, etc.).
  • Diagnose mechanical faults such as unbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, and resonance.
  • Generate detailed reports and recommend corrective actions based on vibration analysis.
  • Maintain and calibrate vibration monitoring equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to schedule and execute corrective maintenance.
  • Support reliability improvement initiatives and root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment condition and maintenance history.

What you will have:

  • Proficiency withEmerson CSI hardware and AMS softwareis required.
  • Extensive experience in vibration analysis or predictive maintenance.
  • Certification in Vibration Analysis (ISO Category I or II preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with other predictive technologies (infrared thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis).
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
  • Associate’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field would be an asset.

The salary range for this position is: $95,500.00-$119,500.00
