Job description

Our Client is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM L&D Specialist to collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to design and deliver an organizational learning strategy. The successful resource will ensure user adoption through targeted training initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and the development of high-quality training content tailored to various user groups across the organization. This includes ensuring the workforce is informed, engaged, and capable of adopting new tools and processes.

Work is remote but at various points in time, but the candidate may be required to work in the office in Victoria.Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, instructional design, or related field.

Experience in Learning & Development and / or Organizational Change Management in large-scale technology implementations.(10+ years)

Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud system implementations.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM system and processes.

Experience applying OCM principles in the development and delivery of training and communications.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and modern delivery techniques (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, virtual facilitation).

Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with content development and learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms, MS Office).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
