We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our interior design and construction projects to success.

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design and construction projects, focusing on game rooms and golf simulators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, interior design, and construction, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide clear direction and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections and address issues promptly.
4. Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Maintain strong client relationships.
5. Budget and Cost Management: Monitor and control project budgets. Approve expenses and manage vendor payments. Seek cost-saving opportunities.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects related to game rooms, entertainment spaces, or golf simulators.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
