Job Details

Our company specializes in mid to large size residential renovations and new builds in Toronto, primarily in the West End. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Renovations Project Manager who excels in coordination, communication, and carpentry.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing full-scale residential renovations
• Proficient in planning and implementing work schedules
• Expert knowledge of renovation construction methods and quality control
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and manage multiple projects
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to ensure site safety and adhere to company protocols
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to interpret blueprints
• Use construction management software for tracking progress
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality compliance
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and manage project documentation

Additional Details

• Salary: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 42 hours/week
• Location: Toronto, ON (On-site)
