We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will collaborate with the project team in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring timely project completion. The role includes managing project scope, budget, quality, and safety.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, including contract preparation, negotiations, and revisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project delivery within scope and avoiding penalties.
  • Assist in budget preparation through cost estimations and evaluating options to meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on financial aspects, including forecasts and billings.
  • Procure and allocate resources for subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Oversee quality control programs to ensure project standards.
  • Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
  • Make recommendations on employee performance to support quality control.
  • Coordinate tasks across sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through risk assessments and developing solutions.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Project Director.
  • Assign tasks to team members, follow up on results, and support human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Suggest workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain health and safety standards on construction sites, observing safety codes and reporting incidents.
  • Complete administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary studies in construction, engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Deep understanding of construction principles and procedures.
  • Experience in commercial and/or institutional construction.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Procore.
  • Knowledge of pull planning techniques.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Effective communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
