Position Overview: The Project Manager is a full-time, permanent role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting project execution and managing construction, cost, and schedule issues, ensuring technical requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Promote a safety, environmental, quality, and compliance culture.
  • Lead project meetings including progress, safety, and quality reviews.
  • Collaborate daily with contractor management to address issues.
  • Identify and document project risks.
  • Prepare progress reports and participate in scheduling.
  • Lead project close-out, claims resolution, and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate construction kick-offs and safety orientations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience as a project or construction manager.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Independent work environment with interruptions.
  • Heavy workload with tight deadlines.
  • Office work and site visits, including travel across Saskatchewan.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,562.72 - $95,173.61 annually
