Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an excellent attendance record
2. Responsible for estimating, sales, and management of jobs and projects in compliance with company objectives
3. Ensure project and sales schedules are met with direct involvement from our drafting & shop departments
4. Control job costs, materials, and installation of projects
5. Follow up with customers and clients to ensure all needs are met
6. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement policies and procedures to maximize output and organization of projects
7. Manage customer support with the help of the Operations Manager
8. Discuss strategic input and implementation with the director
9. Ensure communication with accounting for prompt and complete billing information
10. Ensure communication with Project Coordinators/Procurement/Shipping to expedite delivery of projects in a timely manner

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a fabrication/Sales environment
2. Effective communication skills to provide necessary information in a timely and accurate manner
3. Customer service orientation and the ability to foster that mentality with the team
4. Ability to act with and promote ethical behavior
5. Ability to anticipate business needs and plan accordingly
6. Strong organizational skills to maintain records for personnel, schedules, and issues
7. Must be eligible to work in Canada. Currently, we are unable to sponsor international candidates
8. Ability to collaborate and encourage employee engagement to achieve productivity goals

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

1. Active participation in company safety program
2. Follow safety protocol including wearing required PPE and understanding and application of safety policies, procedures, and practices
3. Thorough knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to promote and enforce safety rules and procedures
4. Communication, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with company safety rules, policies, practices, procedures, and applicable legislation
5. Maintain a safety-first priority
6. Report safety incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner
