Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We specialize in a wide range of commercial projects and are committed to quality, safety, and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and organized individual with construction knowledge. As a Project Manager, you will support projects from planning to close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project documentation
• Interpreting drawings and specifications
• Tracking tenders
• Distributing invitations and purchase orders
• Maintaining subcontractor documentation
• Preparing site packages
• Processing shop drawings
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Issuing RFIs
• Managing change orders
• Applying for permits and inspections
• Distributing site reports
• Logging work orders
• Overseeing project close-out
• Addressing deficiencies and final documentation
• Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years in commercial construction
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam
• Understanding of construction practices and codes
