The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & driven project manager. The selected individual would possess characteristics such as:* You will manage a number of projects at a time to meet objectives, whilst being an important point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project.* You will work on a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research projects.* Work collaboratively internally and externally to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.* You will provide monthly reports to the field work manager on the progress of projects.* A strong appreciation of market research and its values related to health care.* Understanding of client -side issues and ability to resolve these empathetically.* Self-motivated and able to work independently.* to work multi-task under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Day to Day TasksYou will of course have general day to day tasks, but your main job tasks are as follows:* Ensure costs stay in line and communicating with clients if this changes.* Communication with your client / team/line manager* Direct and oversee completion of project* Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan* Assess risks and establish contingency plans with successful outcomes* Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders* Manage confidential data safely for audit purposes*Qualifications** A minimum of 2 years experience working in project management/market research* Strong business acumen in project planning and management* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills* A minimum understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries* Experience working with a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Paid time offEducation:* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)Experience:* Project management: 2 years (preferred)Language:* French (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
