Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing, pricing, planning, and managing construction projects. The Project Manager's role is to oversee each project from conception to completion, acting as the central point among clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and authorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre-Design Phase: Meet with clients, prepare cost estimates, advise on budget and schedule.
• Early Design Phase: Provide advice on site use, materials, and feasibility; prepare cost estimates and schedules.
• Detailed Design Phase: Update on materials and labor, review drawings, prepare cost estimates, establish cost control programs.
• Estimating Phase: Prepare final cost estimates, update schedules and cash flow forecasts, advise on budget and schedule variations.

Location: Kitchener, ON

Workplace: On-site

Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 annually

Terms of Employment: Full-time
