Job Details

Industra is a multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor based in Surrey, BC, serving across Canada. We are seeking an experienced intermediate to senior level project manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil and structural construction, including structures (buildings) and process mechanical.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing cost-effective project plans and schedules
  • Implementing safety standards and quality assurance
  • Coordinating work of subcontractors and overseeing trade contractors
  • Managing construction contracts and permits
  • Supervising project staff and ensuring safety and quality compliance
  • Tracking project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders
  • Managing client interactions and expectations
  • Forecasting revenue and project costs
  • Managing scope changes and project modifications
  • Reviewing field inspection reports and maintaining documentation

This role requires periodic travel for out-of-town projects. The position is full-time, based in Kelowna, BC, with a salary up to $165,000 per year, including benefits, pension, and vacation pay. Must be willing to relocate or commute reliably.
