We maintain a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and hiring from the communities in which we work.We're looking for a driven and organized Project Manager with Major GC experience with preferred focuses on industrial and infrastructure projects to join our team in Edmonton, AB. If you have 3-5 years of experience in project management experience and are ready to lead diverse industrial and infrastructure projects from kick-off to close-out, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Lead the planning, execution, and successful close-out of industrial and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.* Manage project teams, including site superintendents, foremen, and trades, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying critical paths, and implementing corrective actions as needed.* Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, change order management, and progress billing.* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.* Ensure strict adherence to all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety excellence on all projects.* Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.* Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal leadership.* Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.* Collaborate with other business units and project teams as required to support business needs.What's Required:* 3-5 years of progressive experience in project management.* Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.* Valid Driver's License.Why Join Threeosix?* Lead impactful projects from conception to completion, directly contributing to our reputation for quality and efficiency.* Join a company committed to safety excellence, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution.* Leverage your project management expertise to drive successful outcomes, control costs, and ensure client satisfaction on diverse and challenging building scopes.Don't miss out on an amazing opportunity, apply today!Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company events* Dental care* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site gym* On-site parking* RRSP match* Vision careAbility to commute/relocate:* Edmonton, AB T6E 5K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:* Project management: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
