Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead our project initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of product management, and the ability to analyze data effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency, contents, and repair work
• Scope and sketch out new insurance claims
• Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations
• Create and execute project estimates, schedules, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage existing client relationships and foster new relationships with industry partners
• Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Manage project budget/estimate
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
• Follow up with outstanding receivables with your team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' work experience within the Property Damage & Restoration Services industry
• Proficient with XactAnalysis, Xactimate, Proven Job Management, Encircle, and Docusketch
• Experience handling insurance repair claims valued at $75,000-250,000
• Access to own vehicle and a good driving record
• Valid IICRC Certifications (strongly preferred)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and team members
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Clear criminal background check and clean driver’s abstract
• Availability Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours Emergency Restoration Services
• Ongoing training and safety certifications
