About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering first-in-class products and service to our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. From kick-off to completion, you'll act as the key liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality from start to finish.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Production, and Quality).
  • Manage change requests, resolve issues, and optimize project execution strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensure milestones are met, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Support documentation control and ensure compliance with engineering and production processes.
What You Bring:
  • A degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand complex processes.
