Job Details

• Manage multiple high-rise condominium projects
• Well-versed in construction cycle schedules of high-rise condominiums
• Knowledge of construction contract language and provisions; organize contract documents and proactively manage relevant data
• Demonstrate strong organizational, people, time management, communication, and client service skills
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Develop effective relationships with contractors
• Assist with service reviews and follow issues through to resolution
• Monitor site instructions and internal controls
• Produce change orders and controls, ensuring timely signatures
• Process invoices and monitor schedule of values
• Attend relevant meetings
• Contribute to procedural improvements and database development

This position is remote-friendly but requires onsite presence in Burnaby, BC.
