Job Details

Role: In collaboration with the Fuji SEMEC team, you will manage and follow up on contracts between Fuji SEMEC and our customers and suppliers. You will coordinate the entire project cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external customer requests
  • Enter customer projects into the management system and communicate with the production team
  • Launch customer billing cycles
  • Participate in meetings with clients before and after contract awards
  • Prepare bid/negotiation requests and establish project budgets
  • Make purchases according to supplier tenders
  • Negotiate purchasing terms with suppliers
  • Plan and track purchases according to schedules
  • Participate in budget planning and negotiate contract scope changes

Requirements:

  • University diploma in an administrative or technical field
  • 6 to 10 years of project/contract management experience in manufacturing
  • Autonomous, team player, with technical judgment and practical sense
  • Strong negotiation skills, able to work under stress
  • Fluent in both official languages
  • Willing to travel occasionally to Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia
