VFX Production Coordinator - Expression of interest

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain show shot list and coordinate milestones with the VFX Supervisor and Producer.
• Manage shot statuses and artist targets, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Disseminate shot notes and manage information flow between departments and clients.
• Organize meetings, reviews, and daily check-ins with artists and supervisors.
• Ensure all work is evaluated, approved, and notes are communicated effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production experience in visual effects or film.
• Experience in administrative roles and proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Excel, and Flow Production Tracking software.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under deadlines and budgets.
