Veterinary Tech Support (Vet Tech Support, French Speaking)

Join to apply for the Veterinary Tech Support (Vet Tech Support, French Speaking) role at Antech Diagnostics .

We are seeking candidates with 2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent and fluency in French. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the US or Canada. The pay range is $28–$33 USD per hour for US-based candidates and $23–$28 CAD per hour for those based in Canada.

Job Overview

Provide client and technical support for veterinarian clinic customers utilizing Telemedicine services. Troubleshoot connectivity issues when transferring images from client systems to AIS proprietary systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional client service and expertise in data transfer.
  • Configure software for new clients.
  • Identify and resolve connectivity problems, including high-level troubleshooting of various imaging software.
  • Perform final testing to ensure solutions are operational.
  • Configure servers, acquisitions, and review workstations.
  • Monitor progress, track issues, and communicate with management.
  • Prioritize work to meet client expectations.
  • Manage escalated issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve connectivity problems.
  • Assist clients in improving image quality.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent; RVT / LVT preferred.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Computer service experience helpful.
