Job summary

Fairfield Animal Hospital in Kelowna, British Columbia, is seeking a residency-trained veterinarian or board-certified Veterinary Surgeon for our high-volume emergency hospital.

We offer a 24-hour ER with a focus on growth into a specialty clinic, a CT, endoscopy, digital radiology, and a supportive team. Compensation includes CE, uniform allowance, staff discount, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Residency-trained DVM or board-certified veterinary surgeon.
• Experience in emergency/fast-paced ER settings preferred.
• Willingness to support growth into specialty clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced surgical and emergency care.
• Collaborate with ER DVMs and internists.
• Mentor and participate in continuing education.

Fairfield Animal Hospital located in gorgeous Kelowna, British Columbia is looking to add a residency trained veterinarian or board-certified Veterinary Surgeon to our outstanding fast-paced emergency hospital.

About Us

We are the only 24-hour emergency clinic within Kelowna. Our goal is to grow into a specialty clinic to further support the needs of our community. Currently we have 9 ER DVMs, a contracted Internist and a highly trained team of veterinary technicians and assistants. With the addition of a surgeon, we can provide greater service to our clients and community.

Our Location:
