Veterinary Assistant Location: Calgary, AB

Dalhousie Varsity Animal Hospital is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join their team.

Your role will be:

  • Assisting Veterinarians and Technicians with various tasks and the treatment of pet patients

  • Providing compassionate care duties, including feeding and walking patients

  • Technical skills should include knowledge of patient care and restraint, client care, hospital asepsis, and surgical assisting

  • General hospital maintenance, including cleaning kennels
