Qualifications

• A VA certificate or equivalent clinical experience.
• Ability to stay calm, gentle, and adaptable under pressure in fast-paced medical situations.
• Genuine eagerness to learn and grow clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and pet parents with empathy from the moment they walk in.
• Answering a multi-line phone system and managing client and referring veterinarian emails.
• Booking visits, scheduling follow-ups, and making outbound calls to keep patient care on track.
• Guiding invoicing, estimates, and payments with clarity and compassion.
• Keeping the reception lobby and common areas tidy and welcoming for pets and families.
• Assisting veterinary staff with tasks and learning new services and procedures.
