We are a full-service hospital with long-term staff who are Fear Free certified, dedicated, and friendly animal lovers. We strive to provide excellent quality of care for all of our patients by providing individual service with old-fashioned values. If you are an experienced RVT looking for a Part-Time role we look forward to meeting you.

About The Role:

Our ideal Vet Assistant will counsel and educate clients, under the direction of a Veterinarian or a RVT, on various aspects of animal care such as dosage/purpose of medications, home care, vaccination requirements, and preventative healthcare recommendations. In collaboration with the team, they will suggest and explain laboratory procedures and testing. They will also greet, handle, and treat animals in a way that contributes to an environment in which animals feel safe and secure. Please note that some of the shifts will occur on Saturdays.

Expected Wage Range: $17.43 - $24.00
