Requirements:

• Genuine Empathy: Demonstrate a sincere compassion for animals and their owners, understanding the emotional challenges they face during emergencies.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported through difficult decisions.
• Versatility in Case Management: Ability to handle a wide range of cases with composure and professionalism, whether surgical, medical, or critical care.
• Background in Emergency Medicine: While not required, a background in emergency medicine is beneficial. We are willing to train candidates who exhibit the right skills and attitude.
• Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously when necessary.
• Shift Work: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide round-the-clock care for our patients.
