Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinarian at Lethbridge Pet Hospital. The Veterinarian will be responsible for performing medical examinations, diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries, performing surgeries, prescribing medications, and providing preventative care to pets. The Veterinarian will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with pet owners.

Qualifications

  1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
  2. License to practice veterinary medicine in Alberta
  3. Experience in diagnosing and treating various illnesses and injuries in animals
  4. Knowledge of surgical procedures and ability to perform surgeries
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with pet owners
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Passion for providing high-quality veterinary care
  9. Experience with digital medical record systems is a plus
