TheLegalBranch in Canada seeks a lawyer for a one-year term (with possibility of extension) to support the FCAA on a broad range of legal matters arising from its operations, including administrative law, civil litigation, contract law and corporate law.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work across pensions, policy development, legislative drafting, regulatory law, insurance and statutory interpretation, with exposure to emerging legal issues and governance aspects.

Formación

• One-year term position (with possibility of extension).

• Practice areas include admin law, civil litigation, contract and corporate law.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with legal matters arising from the organization’s operations.
