Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Front of House teams for our Vermillion Room.

Available Opportunities Include:

• Server
• Bartender

Starting Rate: $16.55 per hour - $17.86 per hour, this is dependent on the position.

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years.

Availability Requirement: These are seasonal positions starting June to October 31st.

What you will be doing:

Server:

• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue.
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures.

Bartender:

• Take guest orders accurately and process purchases using the POS system.
• Create beverages/Cocktails according to recipe and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification for Alberta prior to your start date.
• Previous experience in a high-volume and fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred (experience required is dependent on position).
• POS system experience an asset.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a love for all things food and drink.
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more.
