Exciting Opportunity: Senior Software Developer (Platform Operations - Continuous Integration)

As a Senior DevOps Developer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions that enhance our ability to deli ver top-notch cloud-based services. You'll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with di ver se, cross-functional teams, including P roduct O wners, S oftware developers, and I nfrastructure E ngineers, to deeply understand business requirements and transform them into impactful technical solutions. Your role will involve designing, maintaining , and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deli ver y of applications, as well as driving the adoption of best practices in workflow automation and platform engineering.

In this role, your contributions will directly support Nasdaq Verafin's mission to combat serious crimes such as human trafficking, elder abuse, and drug trafficking. You'll be a part of a passionate team dedicated to making a real difference in the world. What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deli ver y of applications

• Implement and optimize automated build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability

• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance workflow automation

• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and performance, reducing downtime and mitigating risks

• Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and software development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CI/CD technologies, tools, and methodologies, applying them to enhance Nasdaq Ver afin ’s capabilities

What We're Looking For:

• A uni ver sity degree or college diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years development experience

• A pragmatic approach, and a "let's do this" attitude.

• Experience with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Enterprise Ser ver , Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Develocity

• Experience in Containerization (Docker) and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Scripting (Python etc.), and Databases (SQL)

• Strong analytical skills and creativity to solve complex problems

• Experience with automated testing

• Willingness to ask for help, learn from, and mentor others

• Top notch interpersonal and organizational skills making teamwork a positive experience
