We're seeking a talented Product Manager Specialist to join our Services team. In this role, you'll work closely with a development team and be responsible for everything from problem discovery to delivery of value . You'll engage in discovery calls with customers and prospects to dig in, peel the onion, and gain a true understanding of the underlying problems they experience so that the team can improve the ir product area . You will act as the liaison between the customer and the product team, consistently bringing valuable problems and customer feedback into product check points . You will become the expert in the part of the product you are responsible for and will coordinate with many internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with development and design on new functionality specific to existing Services Offerings .

  • Collect and prioritize feedback for existing Services Offerings to use as a funnel for development teamwork

  • Coordinate with Marketing Manager on launch messaging for customers and prospects

  • Drive innovation in thinking of new and exciting Services Offerings we can provide our customers

What We're Looking For:

  • Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for talking to our customers and internal teams, helping to 'peel the onion' to uncover problems they may be having.

  • Experience launching a product and owning the process from beginning to end.

  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization (c-suite, decision-makers, users).

  • An understanding of the banking compliance industry would be considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent customer calls where you can dig in and get to the root of the problem and provide insights back to the services organization directly from our customers

  • Organized and driven , with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.

  • Ability to figure out solutions to hard problems, work cross-functionally with other teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the creation, shipping, and value of the product. You are the owner of this end-to-end process.

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change) , providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates .
