Exciting Opportunity: Event Manager

We're seeking a talented Event Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of in-person events that drive pipeline growth and align with our marketing and business objectives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and manage budgets, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure every event delivers measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic in-person international event plan aligned with marketing and sales goals
  • Own and manage the global events budget, forecasts, and related relationships
  • Define and report on KPIs tied to the marketing funnel, sales pipeline and influenced revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content, programming and targeting aligns with go-to-market priorities and marketing objectives

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, with a strong focus on in-person events
  • Proven ability to align event strategy with revenue goals and business priorities
  • Experience managing large event budgets and working in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Coupa, Monday.com, Highspot, and event tech platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • A passion for creating high-impact experiences that drive business results

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
