Job summary

The Venue Services Team Lead position at Calgary Stampede is a casual part-time, on-site role based at Stampede Park, Calgary. You will assist the Venue Services Supervisor, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure venue safety and readiness for events.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, excellent customer service, strong communication and multitasking abilities, plus a valid AB driver’s license and experience operating basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Aid the Venue Services Supervisor with the execution of daily activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients and coordinators to ensure needs are met.
• Adhere to safety and environmental programs for a safe work environment.
• Perform housekeeping/janitorial tasks, including cleaning venues.
• Operate motorized equipment including forklift as required.
