Qualifications

• Knowledge of OHSA safety culture in health care.
• Valid registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario.
• Valid BCLS Certification.
• Skilled in current Respiratory Therapy techniques.
• Demonstrated skill in respiratory assessment and patient education.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support four clinical programs (Rehabilitation, Specialized Geriatrics, Complex Care, Veterans Care).
• Care for patients requiring assisted ventilation and tracheotomies.
• Work independently and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Be available for on-call and extended hours as needed.
