Job description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Vendor Relationship Manager to fill a 7-month contract located in Toronto. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days in office per week.

As a Vendor Relationship Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing day-to-day operational vendor engagement activities and vendor performance management, including maintaining supplier and customer relationships and program monitoring, reporting and compliance management

• Aligning the supply chain strategy with the goals of the program office through the creation of annual roadmaps

• Creating case studies and white papers to capture documented success stories

Qualifications required for Vendor Relationship Manager include:

• University degree

• 3+ years vendor management experience

• 3+ years of staffing and/or MSP experience
