This role involves driving process improvement initiatives, supporting cross-functional projects, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have 4-6 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and excellent planning and communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 4-6 years of related experience required.
• 1 year of leadership experience is mandatory.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 3rd party vendor partnerships related to call centre operations.
• Oversee and ensure KPIs are met for call centre operations.
• Develop process improvement roadmap for the contact centre.
