£30,000 per annum with an average uncapped bonus of £3,600 per year (potential to earn more). The role is based on a 5-day week; this centre is closed on Sundays. Earn extra with our refer a friend scheme – T&C’s apply.

Qualified Mechanic or Technician? Join Halfords as a Vehicle Service Technician where you will carry out interim, full, and major services, as well as follow-up repairs and replacements.

Work includes tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, and more.

You will have opportunities for career progression at Halfords, including hybrid training and qualifications such as ATA & MOT Tester.

Skills and experience required:

• Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, or relevant experience
• Full driver’s license with no more than 9 points
• Experience delivering interim, full, and major services, plus relevant repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, air con, etc.)
