Enterprise Truck Rental Division is hiring a Full Time Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA) in Kitchener, ON. The role involves cleaning, detailing and light maintenance of a diverse fleet of trucks. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Salary is $19.00 per hour with a schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. This role requires a valid Ontario G or G2 license and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship by the company.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interior and exterior and wash windshields, windows, mats, etc.
• Drive vehicles safely on and off the lot and assist with local deliveries.
• Check and maintain fluid levels on all vehicles.
• Notify manager of unsafe equipment, conditions or vehicle problems.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as tire pressure and lights.
• Keep work area and tools organized and in good condition.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-development and training.

• Clean vehicle interior and exterior and also clean vehicle windshields, windows, mats, etc.
• Drive various vehicles safely and efficiently while on and off the lot and while assisting with local vehicle deliveries and miscellaneous job related duties
• Check and maintain fluid levels on all vehicles
• Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems
• Perform basic maintenance such as tire pressure, check fluids, replace marker lights, the lift gate, etc.
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in clean and working condition
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
• Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule(s): Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Due to commercial vehicle Hours of Service requirements, this position is not compatible with outside employment. Successful candidates will not be permitted to maintain outside employment
