Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a full-time Vehicle Service Attendant in Prince George, BC. Starting pay is $21.59 per hour. Duties include cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles to Complete Clean Pledge standards, with pre-rental inspections, and assisting with driving and parking trucks and vans across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers.
• Due to commercial vehicle Hours of Service requirements, this position is not compatible with outside employment.
• Apt to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct multi-point safety and mechanical inspections.
• Identify safety concerns, report any warning lights and/or vehicle damage.
• Pull vehicle out of the prep processing and notify management of safety issues.
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Clean exterior and inspect for damage; check tires.
• Schedule and perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on trucks in the fleet.
• Drive and park various trucks and vans; may assist with local deliveries.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Install telematics devices and ensure they are working properly.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Ensure ready line is staged with required units.
• Execute opening and closing procedures of the detail bay; maintain clean and safe area.
• Use PPE and ensure cleaning supplies are available.
• Seek self-improvement through training and goal setting.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
