Enterprise Mobility in Mount Pearl, NL, is seeking a responsible Vehicle Service Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves cleaning, inspecting, and preparing vehicles to the Complete Clean Pledge and ensuring basic safety before rental.

You will conduct multi-point safety inspections, identify issues, assist with local deliveries, and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors. The position requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers.
• Due to commercial vehicle Hours of Service requirements, this position is not compatible with outside employment.
• Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm - 5:00pm or Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm / 1:00pm - 4:30pm

• Schedule and conduct multi-point safety and mechanical inspections.
• Identify safety concerns, report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage.
• Pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary and notify management of any potential unsafe equipment and conditions.
• Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards.
• Clean vehicle exterior and inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth.

• Ensure ready line is staged with required units.
• Execute opening and closing procedures of the detail bay; maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Utilize proper PPE as appropriate and ensure cleaning and sanitization supplies are available.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Vehicle Service Attendant. The starting rate of pay is $19.00 / hour and is located at 1206 TOPSAIL ROAD MOUNT PEARL, NL A1N 5E8

The Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA) is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with the Complete Clean Pledge, and for ensuring the maintenance and basic safety elements prior to operation by customers and employees so all vehicles rented from the branch are properly maintained. The VSA is also responsible for scheduling and performing pre-rental inspections on all trucks, assists with driving and parking various trucks and vans in multiple locations and may assist with local deliveries.

• Maintain an appropriate level of tool and parts inventory
• Ensure ready line is staged with required units
• Execute opening and closing procedures of the detail bay; maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Utilize proper personal protection equipment (PPE) as appropriate and ensure cleaning and sanitization supplies are available
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
