Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is assisting a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group in Westbury to hire an experienced Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer. You will install new refrigeration units in vans and trucks, ensuring customer deadlines are met while delivering excellent service.

Eligibility requires F-Gas Category 2 qualification; Category 1 (ODS) is preferred but not essential. On-going training, 40-hour week (8:00am-4:30pm), and potential OTE up to £37,500 with overtime

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer.
• F-Gas Category 2 qualification is essential.
• F-Gas & ODS Regulations Category 1 preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and workshop skills, teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities

• Install new refrigeration units in vans and trucks to meet deadlines.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Work as part of a supportive team under supervision of Workshop Controller.

Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer / Westbury

• - Salary: Between £31-£33,400 per annum, pending experience, with an on-target earnings up to £37,500 per annum with overtime.
• - Hours: 40-hour week. 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, is looking to hire an experienced Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer for their busy Westbury dealership.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and working as part of a friendly team, as a Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer, your daily responsibilities will involve installing new refrigeration units in vans and trucks to meet customer deadlines, all while ensuring exceptional customer service.

To be eligible, you will have previous experience as a Vehicle Refrigeration Installation Engineer and be qualified to F-Gas Category 2. An F-Gas & ODS Regulations Category 1 qualification would be preferred, but is non-essential. Overall, you will have fantastic communication skills, practical experience in a workshop environment, be a brilliant team player, have a positive attitude, be flexible with workloads, and have strong organisation and time management skills.
