Job summary

Clutch in Mississauga is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Associate to join our Vehicle Quality-Readiness (VQR) team. You will inspect, prepare, and list vehicles for customers, ensuring quality and timely readiness as we expand in Ontario.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year vehicle transport experience, a valid G Ontario driver’s license, clean driving history, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience transporting vehicles.
• Comfortable driving longer distances.
• Automotive experience and a passion for cars.
• Legally able to work in Canada and access to a G license (Ontario).
• Clean driving history with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition.
• Maintain clean and orderly vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety policies while driving.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends or extended hours if required.
• Support Detail and Inspection teams and ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
