Overview

This part-time role ensures vehicles are inspected to the highest standards of condition and functionality before delivery or further production stages. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about automotive quality.

Position Details
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Reports to: Production Manager
  • Duration: 3-month contract with the option to transition into full-time employment
  • Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Vehicle Inspections: Perform detailed inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards for condition and functionality.
  • Cosmetic Inspection: Examine exterior and interior for scratches, dents, paint inconsistencies, and interior finish defects.
  • Functional Testing: Test features such as windows, mirrors, HVAC, and safety/connectivity options.
  • Observe and Record: Maintain accurate inspection notes using iPads and specialized inspection software.
  • Safety and Compliance: Operate vehicles and tools responsibly, following safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (training in automotive inspection/quality control is a plus).
  • License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License (Ontario).
  • Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract, no major infractions.
  • Background Check: Clean criminal record.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga, ON.
  • Additional Requirements: This role requires candidates to be able to drive manual cars. Availability for 20 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays.

Compensation
