About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Maintenance Administrative Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Communicate with clients and vendors via verbal or written means to expedite repair approvals.
  2. Follow up with vendors regarding service ETA’s and outstanding invoices for processing to customers.
  3. Update and act on daily status reports for roadside or preventative maintenance activities.
  4. Manage third-party rental requests.
  5. During peak times, handle maintenance supplier calls coast-to-coast to review maintenance requests related to vehicle safety, driver downtime, customer maintenance parameters, and manufacturer’s recommendations.
  6. Assist drivers with vehicle operation requests and appointment scheduling as necessary.
  7. Perform other departmental duties as directed by management.
