Job summary

The Home Depot in Calgary, AB is hiring a Lot Associate to assist customers by loading orders into their vehicles and keeping the parking area safe and welcoming. You will be the first and last associate customers interact with, delivering GREAT GET model service.

Responsibilities include loading help, maintaining carts, and asking questions to understand customer needs while following safety and loss prevention guidelines. Flexible shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to lift/move merchandise and work in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Load orders into customer vehicles and secure items for transport.
• Maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the store entrance.
• Approach customers to offer loading help and collect project details when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and Home Depot's Loss Prevention policies.
